Personal Wellness

Are you confused about how to eat healthy?

Why you are supposed to eat certain foods?

How processed foods are harming your health?

How to reduce your chances of developing lifestyle disease (e.g. high blood pressure and diabetes)?

How lifestyle choices affect your health, weight, brain and mood?

How a few small steps can significantly improve your health and wellbeing?

We take the confusion out of eating right and help you connect what you eat with how you feel.

Personal wellness through nutritional counselling can identify food sensitivities, improve digestion to maximize nutrient absorption and can slow (and sometimes reverse) the affects of Lifestyle Diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure).

As holistic nutritionists we look at you as a whole; body, mind and spirit and although there are general guidelines that we all should be following, we make recommendations based on your own personal needs.

We believe that whole foods are more than the sum of their parts and enjoyed in the forms nature intended, are not only satisfying and delicious but also healing and therapeutic.

We are cognoscente of the challenges associated with implementing change and ensure our recommendations are ‘doable’.

We are available in person in Greater Vancouver, or via phone or skype.
