Good food tastes good

This past week (Friday January 6th) we set up a table in the lobby of RBC at 18th and Lonsdale in North Vancouver to introduce holihealth and holistic nutrition to the community.

Of course we needed more than our good looks and charm to attract people to our table and further discussion, so as many do, we had a lovely gift basket of healthy foods which Nancy put together, and a draw to win it.

A number of great things came out of that day; we met many wonderful people, shared our vision and our values with the community and got to hear a lot of interesting stories.  But the most exciting thing for us was the curiosity about the contents of the basket and why we had considered them healthy foods.
